Via a specialized software the Violation Processing Specialist reviews events that are created when the cameras are activated; Reviews each event’s photos, video and data to determine if a violation occurred; and enters various data elements required to complete a violation form while ensuring the accuracy of the information.
Skills and experience required
School leave certificate
Strong PC skills in order to navigate and use multiple software platforms
Skilled in verbal and written communication.
Ability to analyze and interpret information and reach sound conclusions
Ability to handle and resolve problems with tact, resourcefulness and good judgment.
Ability to sit for long periods of time for data entry/violation processing.
Ability to multitask
Ability to work on shifts
